Policy

BOOKINGS POLICY

A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to secure the booking. (Credit card or bank transfer).
Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
Full payment is required for bookings inside 30 days of arrival.
$250 Bond applies to all bookings and is refunded to your credit card after inspection.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations outside 30 days of stay no fee applicable.
Cancellations inside 30 days of stay 50% of tariff applicable.

SMOKING POLICY

Loss of bond if the No Smoking Policy is not honoured inside the rental house.

Tariff is based on 5 guests per booking.
Peak Season refers to 1st December to 31st January, Long Weekends and School Holidays.
Peak Winter refers to 1st June to 31st August.
